Sin, the Law, and the Believer

Part Four

I can see that no one read part three of this important survey and that not many read parts one and two. But, I will pray that people wish to question what they have been taught by the establishment which came from Rome, Popery and the Jesuits. They were and are part of the globalist endeavor: Babylon Resurrected. Come out of her!

Wait … Paul taught against the Law, didn’t he?

Remember Romans 3:31? One supposed proof against the Law that is ascribed to Paul actually speaks to the very issue of the law of the divorced wife. Paul separated the ‘Law of Moses’ into several parts such as the law of sin and death, the law of righteousness, etc., which have been twisted by Seminarians and others to refer to the Law of God as a whole. The teachers and preachers are just beginning to understand Paul’s letters in context with his faith. Many still say Paul writes against the Law here, but there he upholds the Law. Is Paul schizophrenic? No. Paul always observed the Law. He even took a Nazarite vow to prove so. This is why Peter wrote, Also, regard the patience of our Lord as an opportunity for salvation, just as our dear brother Paul has written to you according to the wisdom given to him. He speaks about these things in all his letters in which there are some matters that are hard to understand. The untaught and unstable twist them to their own destruction, as they also do with the rest of the Scriptures. (2 Peter 3:15-16) The only Scriptures the apostles had was the ‘Old Testament’. Teachers should beware!

But we are in a time of grace, aren’t we?!?

Unlike this unscriptural doctrine of men past, Yehovah, our God, has ALWAYS been full of grace and mercy. Grace is defined Biblically as ‘unmerited favor of God toward man’. The mere fact God hasn’t destroyed us all by now is grace! We also see His mercy, ‘compassionate treatment, having a capacity to forgive or showing kindness. An example of mercy is giving someone a lighter punishment than they deserve’. There is no better way to describe the plan for us.

God’s mercy is that we are provided a path back to the original relationship! The new Covenant specifies that the Law will be written on our hearts, not unlimited grace and mercy to break it. But the free gift is not like the offense. For if, because of one man’s offense, many died, then how much more has God’s grace, that is, the gracious gift of one man, Yeshua the Messiah, overflowed to many! No, the free gift is not like what resulted from one man’s sinning; for from one sinner came judgment that brought condemnation; but the free gift came after many offenses and brought acquittal. For if, because of the offense of one man, death ruled through that one man; how much more will those receiving the overflowing grace, that is, the gift of being considered righteous, rule in life through the one man Yeshua the Messiah! (Romans 5:15-17)

The Word, the Creator, the Law – What’s the Difference?

Jesus is the Word of God and thus the Law. John 1:1-3 states: In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was with God in the beginning. All things were created through Him, and apart from Him not one thing was created that has been created. Not only do Jesus’ own words support his relationship with the Father (John 14:7, 9; 5:17). A rereading of Genesis 1 confirms the Word of God created everything by speaking it into being. We are told through Scripture that the Word IS Jesus and yet it is also God. God provides us his rules for living in his kingdom which are recorded in the written Word of God. How can one separate the written Word, which contains the Law created by God, from the spoken Word, and the Word that became flesh who created everything? Does your written word not come from the same source as what you speak?

Conclusion (for now):

What constitutes sin is revealed by the Law. To live a sinless life would mean to live the Law perfectly. To revoke the Law would make God anything but righteous and holy. God’s mercy is that He didn’t leave us to permanently fester in Adam’s rebellion, but had a plan to bring us back. God is not a human who lies or a mortal who changes his mind. When he says something, he will do it; when he makes a promise, he will fulfill it. (Numbers 23:19)

Jesus never broke the Law and, in fact, stood against the manmade doctrines and traditions of the Pharisees which added to or took away from the Law of God. We should do the same. Judaism is a religion with doctrines created by the Pharisees and their descendants (Rabbis) that endures to this day! Without the Jews, however, the Law would have been totally lost for such a time as this when it is being reclaimed by believers in Jesus.

Just like the Pharisees, Christian leadership over the last 1,900+ years have created a religion with doctrines and traditions that are not Scripturally correct. They claim God’s Law no longer exists for the believer. In fact, they teach to follow the law is death! Imagine! King David sang that God’s Law was Truth and Liberty, but Christian theology teaches that merely trying to follow it brings death! Their doctrines and traditions break God’s Law. Christian holidays are held on the very days of ancient pagan festivals to false gods, straight out of Babel, breaking Deuteronomy 12:30 and the first four commandments! Their forebears changed the Sabbath to Sunday. It is time to break away from Babel and follow the Creator and Lord of Hosts! His name has been discovered in the Aleppo Codex: it is Yehovah! This is the revival we have been waiting for – the return to Truth! Now, everyone who calls on His Name can be Saved when the time of judgment comes! And, we finally know what His Name is!

To close this section I would like you to ponder why the religious elite of the church decided to divide the Bible into the Old Testament and the New Testament. Was there an ulterior motive? What is the subtle message?

May Yehovah bless you and keep you, may He make His face shine on you and show you His favor, may Yehovah lift up His face toward you and give you peace. (Numbers 6:24-26)
